After completing her education in Tourism and Hotel Management and gaining experience in the hospitality sector, Büyükyüksel joined Space Camp Türkiye and ESBAŞ in 2000. She has overseen the Corporate Communications Unit, the ESBAŞ Childcare Center Directorate, and the management of sustainability strategies. Since 2026, she has been serving as the Director of Space Camp Türkiye. A pioneer in projects promoting women’s employment, gender equality, environmental awareness, and inclusive business models, Büyükyüksel is also actively involved in civil society as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee for the Business Against Domestic Violence (BADV) project and as a Board Member of the İzmir Branch of the Association of Economy Reporters.

Ms. Subaşı, who graduated with honors from the Department of Astronomy and Space Sciences at Ege University, began her career at Space Camp Türkiye in 2001 as a Program Supervisor in the Operations Department, a role she held until 2012. She then transitioned to the Education Development Department, where she served as Supervisor from 2012 to 2018. During this period, she earned the title of Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and obtained the LEGO MINDSTORMS Educator certification, reflecting her strong interest in technology and robotics-based learning. Since 2018, Ms. Subaşı has been leading the Educational Outreach Department as Supervisor, overseeing the development of all program and activity content at Space Camp Türkiye. . In 2022, she further expanded her responsibilities by assuming the role of Team Leader, managing the GFTSE scholarship programs.
